| TANF Ready for Work Addictive Disease Day Services
The main goal of this program is to remove substance as a barrier to employment. The Ready for Work program recognizes that effective treatment can help women impaired by drug and/or alcohol abuse succeed both as employees and as parents. The Ready for Work program is an average length of stay in outpatient treatment of three (3) to twelve (12) months, to include intensive group training, random urine drug screening; diagnostic, physician, and nursing assessment. Parent classes, HIV education, and supportive employment are also included in the program. This program is divided into a 3 Phase system. After completion of Phase 2, clients are stepped down to an aftercare program. |
